X Cajal Conference

The conference will address the framework of translation of basic neuroscience breakthroughs into new diagnostic and therapeutic tools and improvements in the quality of life. The issues faced by the translation of advances in knowledge in the neurosciences to “bedside”, including expectations, timelines and pathways to acceleration of the applications will be raised and discussed. The aim is to actively expose young researchers to the successes and problems faced by translational approaches in neuroscience, so that their own research gains a new perspective in relation to human health.
